Ep #148 – In today’s podcast episode, I’m joined by serial entrepreneur, writer, facilitator, and founder of Wayfinders, Mike Brcic. Mike specializes in helping entrepreneurs build deeper connections, create community, and to find clarity within their businesses.
Mike founded his company Wayfinders, formerly known as Mastermind Adventures, to invite amazing entrepreneurs to join him on mind-blowing adventures around the world. Through these adventures, he helps them to build their tribe and community while having a ridiculous amount of fun in the process.
Until exiting in February 2019, Mike also ran one of Canada’s most successful adventure tourism companies, Sacred Rides, for 22 years. During his tenure, the company expanded from a tiny 1-person operation to a global business with staff in 15 countries and clients from all over the world.
Mike is also an avid blogger, and has written a series of informative articles on topics that include entrepreneurship, living a fulfilled life, and mental health on Medium.
