Charles has been an entrepreneur since age four, when he sold his artwork to the neighbors. After graduating from Babson College, the number-one school for entrepreneurship, he rejected the idea of a traditional job and went straight into building companies.

Then it got hard. Over a million dollars in debt, battling insomnia and chest pains, he landed in the emergency room with a stress-related condition that nearly killed him. He was setting his alarm for 3:30 a.m. so he wouldn't "oversleep." He was living the Founder's Trap before he had a name for it.

He kept going — differently. Ernst & Young nominated his angel-financed pet health insurance company as one of the nation's best seed-stage companies. By twenty-four, he had built his first multimillion-dollar business. And in 2010, when a founder offered to pay him to help grow their company, Predictable Profits was born.

Since then, Charles and his team have helped generate over $1 billion in client revenue — results like $1.1 million in ten days, and a company scaled from $1 million to $40.3 million in five years. The methodology became the Predictable Profits Operating System — an engineered framework that removes the founder from the day-to-day while accelerating revenue.
