He is the founder of Write Way Solutions, a direct-response copywriting and marketing firm. He is also the author of three books, including his most recent, Escape the Expected: The Secret Psychology of Selling to Today’s Skeptical Consumers. 

An avid ultra runner and graduate of Arizona State University, Tom lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife Michelle and their two children.
