The Company’s Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us, and in making informed decisions when using our Site. This Privacy Policy will be continuously assessed against new technologies and business practices. This Privacy Policy applies to this Site and governs data collection and usage at this Site. The United States has data protection laws that may not be consistent with those of other countries. By using this Site, you consent to the processing of data about you in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Please read it in its entirety.

USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

We may employ cookie technology to store and sometimes track information about the users of the Site. Cookies are a feature of web browser software that allows web servers to recognize the computer used to access a website. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored by a user’s web browser on the user’s hard drive. Cookies can remember what information a user accesses on one web page to simplify subsequent interactions with that website by the same user, or to use the information to streamline the user’s transactions on related web pages.

Some of the Company’s business partners (such as advertisers) may use cookies on the Site. The Company has no access to or control over these cookies. This Privacy Policy covers use of cookies by the Company only, and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers or other of the Company’s business partners.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can change your browser to prevent the browser from accepting cookies. If you reject cookies, you may still use the Site, but your ability to use some areas or functions of the Site may be limited.

We may use web beacons (small pieces of data that are embedded in images on the pages of websites), auditing software, and/or similar technologies to track page views and entry and exit points to and from the Site. Any data collected will only be used in an aggregate form and will not contain any Personal Information, as that term is defined below.

The Site may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (”Google”) or similar analytics provider. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us to analyze how users use the Site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Site (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Site, compiling reports on website activity for us, and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. As set forth above, you may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. If you choose to do so, however, you may not be able to use certain portions and features of the Site. By using this Site, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

In order for you to access certain portions of the Site and/or participate in certain online activities (such as blogs, surveys, promotions [e.g., sweepstakes and contests], printing e-coupons, and placing online orders), we may require you to provide us with information that personally identifies you, such as your name, mailing address, email address, and home and/or business telephone numbers (“Personal Information”). You may also be required to provide a username and password. You can select any username you want, except that your username cannot be an impersonation, the same, or confusingly similar to a famous trademark or service mark, or be a term that is offensive in any way. You may, but are not obligated to, use your own name. If you do use your own name, you consent to it being passed to others by use of the functions of the Site. The Company reserves the right to reject or remove any username that does not meet applicable standards.
